This week I am chatting to Jason Black, having climbed Mount Everest and K2, he is now a global endurance athlete however this is not the only reason why I wanted to chat with him. Jason tells us his story of how he was bullied everyday for 6 long years in secondary school, the pain that followed and the lifelong impact that it has had. He shares what he would do differently looking back in the hope it helps anyone going through this now. Also how he used nature to overcome this trauma. There are messages for everyone in this episode - parents, teachers, partners, workmates and friends.
